Following several visits and two days of filming at Parque Zoologico Arlen Siu on the edge of León, Nicaragua – this is the short documentary “Amigos del Parque” (friends of the zoo).
Scouting at Parque Zoologico Arlen Siu
Parque Zoologico Arlen Siu is an abandoned zoo just outside of León, Nicaragua. Amigos del Parque Zoologico is an organization that works to keep the animals still in captivity there in good health, and to feed them every day.
These photos were taken on a scouting trip prior to filming for an upcoming short documentary about the Amigos and the park.
